Further more it was with shock and submission to Allah that The Kwandala Foundation also learnt of the death of the eldest son of the former Minister of Communication the following morning Sunday 22nd January 2006.  For Alhaji Abubakar Rimi to experience such a double tragedy, only Allah can see his soul through. We on behalf of our Board of Trustees, Executive Council and entire members do hereby condole the Rimis once again. May Allah give him, the immediate family, people of Kano and the entire Muslim Ummah the fortitude to bear the double loss

The final phrase here is “Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihir raji’un” May their souls and the souls of all believing Muslims that have passed on rest in perfect peace, Ameen.
