THE KWANDALA FOUNDATION DONATES ANOTHER COMPUTER SET

What could be better as a reward for doing good, other than for one to receive good back in return. That exactly is what The Kwanadala Foundation did on Friday 9th January 2009 when it paid a condolence visit to the widow of Umar Dutse Muhammad, Hajia Bilkisu Muhammad and her 5 children.

The Kwandala delegation was made up of both male (Tijjani M.Musa and his two sons, AbdurRahman B.Yola, Abdallah K. Hussain and his 3 sons, Yusuf I. Yakasai, Aminu Ado, Sunusi Showboy, Auwal Barista, Abba Chif and Zayyanu Abdullahi) as well as female members (Bilkiss U. Abubakar, Safiyya A. Abubakar, Hannan D. Suleman and Umma H. Ungogo) who converged at Sahad Superstore along Zoo Road by 4:00 pm of the fateful day before proceeding to the deceased house to condole the bereaved family.

The delegation was received by Hajia Bilkisu herself in the humble yet accommodating living room of the house. On settling down in the late Umar Dutse’s residence, prayers were immediately offered for the repose of the soul of the father of 5, whose departure is still making its impact upon the widow, who had found solace in her Lord Allah, the Comforter of souls that are in distress.

As the good characters of her late husband was being reminisced by the various speakers in the persons of the Foundation’s President Arc. Tijjani Muhammad, Vice President AbdulRahman Baffa Yola and Abdallah King Hussain, Chairman Projects Committee and Safiyya Abba Abubakar Treasurer of the Kwandala Foundation, Hajia Bilkisu could not help but shed tears much as she shook her head in agreement with what was being said.

At the end of the visit, the Foundation assured the mother and her children that though their bread winner has return to his maker, efforts would made by the organization to provide them with the necessary things in life to keep them abreast with most families. It is in this stead that a complete Brand New Pentium IV Computer was presented to the widow for the computer literacy of her young children.

She thanked the delegation and wished them well in their effort to alleviate her grief and prayed that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’alah rewards them abundantly.

It can be recalled that in 2007, the Foundation donated a brand new computer set, all its peripherals to Gwagwarwa Special Primary, located along Sani Abacha Way (Airport Road) Nassarawa L. G. in Kano State. More of such Computers are waiting to be donated to other receipients schools as well as deserving families or individuals as the case may be.
