THE KWANDALA FOUNDATION; AIM AND OBJECTIVES

AIM AND OBJECTIVES

 As enshrined in its Constitution, The Kwandala Foundation has the followings as its Aim and Objectives:

a.                To seek financial assistance from persons, parties, companies, institutions, corporate organizations, governments etc wherever possible in form of “Kwandala 4…” Projects whenever the need arises

b.               To seek and to receive offers of professional services, technical aids, skilled and unskilled labour etc required to assist victims of disasters.

c.                To seek and to receive materials, goods and services necessary to alleviate the suffering of people at all times but most especially in emergency situations.

d.               To liaise with appropriate agencies and organizations concerned with relief and mitigation activities both at local and international level

e.                To cooperate with other public and private establishments in such responsibilities as will facilitate achieving the Foundation’s aim and objectives

f.                To engage in other activities relevant to the growth and development of the Foundation

                                    To these ends, the Foundation shall co-ordinate and harmonies general policies by;

g.               Acting as a medium of interaction between the Foundation and other related corporate bodies and agencies.

h.               Provide a means for the execution and delivery of the intentions and interests of the members

i.                 Serving as a channel of interaction between the Foundation members and the general public in pursuant of its set goals

j.                 Members of the Foundation, towards achieving the purposes and policies stated in sections 2.1 and 2.2, solemnly affirm and declare respect, equality and tolerance in their entire relations and

k.               The peaceful settlement of dispute by negotiation, mediation, conciliation and such other peaceful media
